Mumbai, 23 November 2017: Huhtamaki PPL Ltd (HPPL) was the winner of 10 Indiastar Awards for Excellence in Packaging, conferred by the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP). The awards were presented to HPPL at the function held recently in New Delhi.
The Indiastar Award is a National Award for Excellence in Packaging and is highly sought after by companies specialized in packaging, design and development. A panel of eminent personalities from prestigious institutions (like IIP, IIT, NID and J. J. School of Arts), government bodies and the packaging industry selected the award winners from a total of 622 entries. The winning of an Indiastar award is a pre-requisite for competing in global awards like Asiastar and Worldstar.
HPPL was also honoured with “Special Achievement of Excellence in Packaging” for its unprecedented show in winning a total of 10 Indiastar awards.
